Founder of No Ordinary, an executive coaching and leadership consultancy that she launched in 2013, Tanya develops high-impact leaders in the world’s most creative organisations. Her natural connection with her clients - and her fundamental belief in their extraordinary capabilities - creates a safe but challenging space to unlock their full potential.
With leadership experience at top London ad agencies and a pivotal role in leading and growing The Talent Business into a global executive search firm for creative businesses, she has a deep understanding of the creative process and the complexities of leading in high-pressure environments. With two decades of experience as a trusted advisor and executive coach to creative leaders worldwide, she brings valuable insight into the challenges of modern leadership.
A thought leader and speaker, Tanya delivers talks, workshops, and masterclasses addressing these challenges. She regularly leads workshops for D&AD and has delivered training for Cannes Lions' ‘See It Be It’ program, championing leadership diversity. She has also written a regular column for Creative Review, exploring the issues shaping today’s creative leadership landscape.
Tanya holds a postgraduate degree in Business & Personal coaching, is a certified Business Practitioner of NLP and is a Member of the ICF and National Council of Psychotherapists.
