Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a one-to-one, bespoke process, tailored to your individual needs. It gives you the space to think about the things that really matter, with a confidante who won’t judge you, but will challenge and guide you to make genuine leaps in your self-awareness and performance enhancing changes to your leadership:

Group Coaching

Group coaching  is a great way to support and empower a cohort or team facing similar or shared challenges. It uses the same principles of one-to-one coaching but allows senior colleagues and peers to collectively learn, problem-solve and grow, in a safe and confidential group environment.  Unlike training, group coaching:

  • Draws on the experiences of the group to help support and learn from each other

  • Builds internal communities within the business and strengthens connections across peers and disciplines 

  • Gives the group valuable coaching skills that they can then use to help them be more effective as leaders

  • Is a cost-effective way of giving a group access to coaching to help them collectively overcome challenges


Masterclasses

Based on our experience of working with leaders in creative organisations all over the world – there are common challenges that senior people often face as they grow in their roles – such as:

  • Building personal and team resilience

  • Overcoming confidence issues, such as Imposter Syndrome

  • Giving effective feedback and handling tough conversations

  • Having meaningful one-to-ones in order to develop your teams

  • Developing coaching skills to drive performance and motivation

The Masterclasses give in-depth insight into each topic area whilst being packed with practical tools and strategies that the team can start to apply at work straight away. Coach in Residence

Our ‘Coach in Residence’ service typically takes the form of a drop-in day, once or twice a month, to allow employees, at all levels, access to executive coaching – with the day covering multiple one-to-one, or group coaching sessions, as required.

As a positive and motivational developmental experience, offering coaching support across the wider business is both a fantastic retention tool and an attractive benefit for prospective employees
